Please note refreshers are done virtually unless an in-person course is requested, and this requires a three (3) trainee minimum.

For full courses, we only require three (3) trainees to attend. This is why, unlike our competitors, when we list a date for a full course, our dates are final. We rarely cancel or reschedule. Refreshers are available upon request on Fridays when our provider is available, and no minimum number of trainees are required. We offer refreshers frequently to ensure your certifications do not lapse.  

Due to limited seating, we request that all cancellation requests are made at least 72 hours before a scheduled class. You may cancel by calling (904) 800-9797. If you have to cancel your class, we offer a 100% refund, only if the cancellation is 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled class date/time will not receive a refund nor a transfer, you will forfeit the payment for the class. Only trainees taking the refresher courses, must present an up to date TTC certificate from an approved provider prior to registering. The expiration date on cannot be prior to the scheduled refresher course.

Students are required to attend all sessions of the registered class in order take the course exam, receive PDH’s or CEU’s or receive certifications. In the case of an emergency a transfer may be issued, allowing the student to retake the course at a later date. Students that do not adhere to this policy may not receive the course certification and may potentially forfeit the opportunity to receive a refund or transfer.

Osborne Training & Consultant Group, LLC providers must maintain an instructor to student ratio of no more than one (1) instructor to twenty (20) students maximum for FDOT TTC certification courses.
